3. (Agreement): Refers to the terms and conditions set forth in this document, which regulate the relationship between the parties.

Article 2 – Consumer Legal Eligibility

1. The consumer affirms that they are legally competent (religiously and legally) to engage with the store, and that they are at least 18 years old.
2. If the consumer violates this article, they shall bear the legal consequences before any third party.

Article 3 – Nature of Obligation

1. The store is obligated to provide the product or service requested by the consumer.
2. The store may also provide related services such as after-sales support, depending on the nature of the purchased product or service.

Article 4 – Usage Guidelines

1. The consumer agrees to use the store's platform in accordance with public morals and the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The consumer shall not use any purchased product or service in a manner that violates public morals or local regulations.

Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations

By registering for an account with the store, you agree to:

1. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and promptly notify the store of any unauthorized access or security breach.
2. The store is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the disclosure of your username or password.
3. You are solely responsible for using your account; if someone else uses it, it will be considered as authorized by you.
4. Use your account with seriousness and integrity.
5. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it as necessary.

2. The consumer agrees that electronic communications, including agreements and notices, shall have the same legal weight as written documents.
3. The consumer agrees to receive general or specific messages from the store regarding this agreement or their dealings.

Article 7 – Modifications and Fees

1. If any clause of this agreement is voided or invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.
2. This agreement—subject to updates from time to time—governs the operational and contractual relationship between the store and the consumer.
3. The store may impose fees depending on the requested products, services, or government-imposed charges.
4. The store reserves the right to adjust, waive, or impose fees according to this agreement and its terms.

Article 8 – Payment and Billing Services

1. The store provides payment services through its partners, either fully online or via other available payment methods.
2. The store is committed to displaying the product or service prices based on market value.
3. The store provides invoices and receipts for all payments and ensures the consumer receives a purchase invoice.
4. The store adheres to recognized accounting standards, in accordance with legal and commercial best practices.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights of the store, whether created before or after the platform’s establishment, are fully owned by the store.
2. The consumer agrees to respect all intellectual property rights, including the store's name, logos, slogans, and content displayed, which are legally protected.

Article 10 – Store Liability

1. The store shall operate legally in accordance with Saudi Arabian laws and this agreement.
2. The store is not liable for any claims arising from errors, negligence, or third-party issues such as shipping companies.
3. The store and its owners are committed to ensuring that all products and services are lawful, licensed, and used for legitimate purposes in the Kingdom.

Article 11 – Account Suspension or Restriction

The store may suspend, cancel, or restrict a consumer’s account at any time, without prior notice and for any reason.

Article 12 – Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is fully subject to its competent authorities.

Article 13 – General Provisions

1. If any clause of this agreement is invalid or no longer applicable, the rest of the terms remain enforceable.
2. This agreement represents the full understanding, terms, and obligations between the store and the consumer.
3. The Arabic language shall prevail in interpreting the agreement in case of translation disputes.
4. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Promotional or marketing offers by the store are temporary and may be modified or cancelled at any time.
6. The parties agree to conduct all dealings in accordance with Islamic principles and Saudi laws.
7. This agreement may only be cancelled by a formal decision from store management.
